Accounts

You are not required to set up an account before completing an order, although setting up an account reduces checkout time on subsequent orders. As your privacy is very important to us we have created a privacy policy which you may read by clicking here.

Creating An Account

1. Click on the "Accounts" link.

2. Click on the "Create new account" link.

3. Enter general information:

A. Login Name: Enter a name that will be used to identify your account.

B. Email Address Lost Passwords To: Enter the email address you would like your password mailed to. Email addresses must be in the form of "yourname@domain.com".

Forgotten Passwords: If you've forgotten your password click on the "accounts" link, enter your login name and select "Please Email Me My Password". An email containing your password will immediately be sent to the email address specified when setting up your account.

C. Password: To keep your personal information secure, do not use a password that can be easily guessed such as your user name, your real name, birthdays, etc.

4. Enter Shipping Information: All information not italicized is required. If your billing information is the same as your shipping information, please make sure it matches the information on your credit card statement.

5. Enter Billing Information (If different)

6. Click the "save" button after all required information has been accurately entered.

Accessing And Editing Account Information

You may access and edit your account information at any time by clicking on the "accounts" link. If you are not currently logged in you will be prompted to do so. Be sure to click the save button when you are finished updating your information.

To log out of your account, click on the "accounts" link and click on the "log out" link. If you are unsure whether you are logged in, click on the "accounts" link. If your personal information appears then you are logged in. Otherwise you will be prompted to log in.

Ordering

Ordering is available to customers worldwide. Please click here for ordering information if you reside outside the United States.

With the exception of occasional site maintenance, ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.To add items to your shopping cart click the "Add To Basket" button next to any product. Some items may specify an alternate method of adding them to your basket. You may view or edit the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Basket" button. When you are ready to checkout, click the "checkout" link (located in the upper right portion of all pages on our website) and follow the instructions for a safe and secure checkout. If you encounter problems please contact support@bambuddhas.com. Your e-mail will be answered within 24 hours, excluding weekends.

Pricing and Availability

Bambuddhas reserves the right to change pricing and availability without notice.

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain products. If we do not have the item that you've ordered in stock, you will be immediately notified. You will be asked if you would like the item shipped when we receive it, purchase a similar item of equal value or remove the item from the order. Charges for out-of-stock items will only appear on your bill if you choose to have the item shipped when we receive it.

Limitation of Liability

BAMBUDDHAS TOTAL LIABILITY WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, LATE DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF THE PARTICULAR PRODUCT(S) SOLD WITH RESPECT TO WHICH LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED. YOUR SOLE REMEDY AGAINST THEM IN ANY DISPUTE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE TO SEEK RECOVERY OF THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID, UPON THE PAYMENT OF WHICH THEY SHALL BE RELEASED FROM AND DISCHARGED OF ALL FURTHER OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR REVENUE, ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES OR SERVICES, DOWN TIME, YOUR TIME, THE CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, AND INJURY TO PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM. PLEASE ALSO REFER TO THE APPLICABLE LIMITED WARRANTY WHICH MAY INCLUDE ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


Governing Law//Waiver of Jury Trial

SALES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO CONFLICTS OF LAW RULES. JURISDICTION AND VENUE FOR ALL DISPUTES SHALL LIE IN DALLAS COUNTY, STATE OF TEXAS, BEING THE PLACE WHERE CUSTOMER'S ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND/OR ACCEPTED. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR CUSTOMER'S ORDER. ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE WITH RESPECT TO THE BAMBUDDHAS WEB SITE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS) MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISES.

Currency

All items are priced in U.S. dollars and all transactions will be processed in U.S. dollars.

Credit Card Payments

Bambuddhas currently accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Please make sure either the billing address or shipping address matches the billing address of the credit card used to make a purchase. For your security, if the addresses don't match your card will be declined.

 

Check and Money Order Payments

Personal Checks (U.S. only), Cashiers Checks and Money Orders are gladly accepted. Orders paid with personal checks will be shipped when the check clears. Please make checks payable to:

Shipping

The cost of shipping varies based on your location and total weight of products in your shopping basket at the time of checkout. You will be shown the cost for each shipping method listed below during your checkout, but before your order is processed.

Local Dallas Delivery

Bambuddhas will gladly deliver orders to residents in the local Dallas, Texas area. Local delivery rates are as follows:

Zone 1 - $3.99

North of I-30, South of LBJ Freeway, East of Preston Road and West of Garland Road

Zone 2 - $5.99

North of LBJ Freeway, South of George Bush Turnpike, East of I-35 and West of Lake Ray Hubbard

If you are located outside zone 1 and 2 choose UPS or USPS as your method of shipping during checkout. If your order meets or exceeds $100.00 select the 'free shipping' option.

Refunds/Exchanges

Our refund policy period is 15 days from the date your order is shipped. Items must be returned before a refund/exchange will be issued. Shipping returns to Bambuddhas must be prepaid and a copy of your packing slip or order receipt along with the Refund and Exchange Form must be included.

RMA Number

All refunds and exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued prior to being returned. Call customer service at (214)348-0118 or contact orders@bambuddhas.com to obtain an RMA number. After an RMA number has been issued please print our Refund and Exchange Form. If you cannot print the Refund and Exchange Form please call customer service and request that the form be mailed or faxed to you. This form must be completed and returned with the purchased items to:
